In the event that your products arrive and they are damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or refund. If your product arrives in a damaged or faulty condition you have 3 days to get in touch with us for a refund or replacement. The item must be shipped to us via tracked post at the expense of the customer. A tracking number is to be provided to us and the product must be received and inspected by our team for the fault before a refund will be processed.
Due to collars being made to order, please ensure you check our size guide before purchasing as exchanges are unavailable. We will not process refunds for change of mind.
